Bokuya is a special area accessible exclusively to authorized guides, ensuring you can spend a day exploring safely to your heart is content.

We offer e-BIKE (mountain bike) rentals equipped with electric assist features, making it easy and accessible even for those without their own bike or who may feel less confident about their physical stamina. With the electric assist, you can tackle steep climbs effortlessly and enjoy exhilarating downhill rides to the fullest.
Protecting the Grasslands of Aso
By participating in the Bokuya Guide Program, a conservation fee of 1,000 yen is included in the experience fee, which is used for activities related to the maintenance and management of the grasslands. This means that participants also become part of the effort to protect and preserve the Grasslands.
We offer guidance on how to enjoy mountain biking (MTB) in the Bokuya grasslands, tailored to the preferences of both beginners and intermediate riders. For those unable to bring their own bikes, E-BIKE rentals are available.
Depending on the season, we guide you through a variety of breathtaking landscapes, including fresh greenery, rolling grasslands, golden fields of pampas grass, the snow-capped peaks of the Five Mountains of Aso, and the dramatic blackened scenery following traditional grassland burning (Noyaki).
