Every step of the production process of Aso milk is carried out exclusively at Abe farm in Aso. The cows are bred at the farm, milked every morning and this milk is even bottled in their own factory. Aso milk was awarded with the highest rank of the Superior Taste Award by the international taste and quality institute in 2013.
