Yuzumoe is made by Kyukodo, a sweet confectionary shop situated in Uchinomaki onsen. It was awarded with the honorary president award at the Japanese sweets olympics organized at the National confectionery exposition in 2008. Yuzumoe is made of a white strained sweet bean paste covered with a soft layer of brown sugar and filled with Yuzu (Japanese citrus) jam. A product of excellence!
